Shufersal Ltd., Israel’s largest retail chain, selected SES (Service Entry Sheet) workflow with integrated OnTheGo Approval tool. The implementation speeds up and optimizes performance, enhances overall visibility and delivers an effective management and collaboration solution for Shufersal employees.
A new SES (Service Entry Sheet) creation is the process of entering and accepting specific services in external services by an external vendor. It involves creating and processing of vendor invoice and SES approval by the relevant approver entity within Shufersal. Shufersal works with hundreds of vendors, the number constantly increasing.
Before implementing QPROS’ solution, senior managers (that are always the last approver) complained about the cumbersome process. In the old process, at the end of the SES approval and release process an accounting sheet was created. Thus, the last approver (usually a senior manager) has to release numerous SESs, one by one, to each vendor individually.
QPROS solution offers immediate advantages:
• Each approver receives SESs complemented by full relevant decision support information either to the mail or mobile
• E-mail or mobile approval, anytime, regardless to the real-time/offline access and without having to be connected in real-time to the SAP system

Moreover, a significant improvement has been achieved especially for the last approver by using up-to-date monitor which displays the list of awaiting SESs. The approver can approve several SESs at once in an easy, fast and convenient way, complemented by the relevant decision support data and customized GUI to fit Shufersal specific requirements. These features are unique and are not provided by standard SAP.
Additionally, QPROS provides comprehensive monitoring tool with detailed, clear and current information on each SES approval status; moreover, the next approver is distinctively displayed, so managers have great visibility into the approval status.
